WatsyJobs is an AI-powered job search platform that aggregates job listings and helps users tailor résumés and cover letters. We provide tools to assist your job search — we do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview callbacks, or job placement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep that information current. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
You agree not to use WatsyJobs to: violate any applicable law or regulation; submit false or misleading information; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service; or upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
WatsyJobs uses artificial intelligence to generate résumés, cover letters, and other documents. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before submitting it to any employer. WatsyJobs is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated documents for any particular purpose.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
WatsyJobs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of job listings, which are sourced from third-party providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WatsyJobs and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or failed job applications. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WatsyJobs, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Your continued use of WatsyJobs after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
